White tea has seven wonders—Duoqi reveals them to you, Southeast!
2013-07-10
Fujian Fuding Southeast White Tea Import & Export Co., Ltd.'s white tea—produced, processed, marketed, and exported by the company—boasts seven unique qualities:
1. **Unique Growing Environment**: Grown at the foot of Taibao Mountain, a UNESCO Global Geopark, Fuding Dabai and Dahao tea varieties thrive here under abundant rainfall and nourishing dew. The region’s fertile red, yellow, and purple soils—formed over centuries through natural weathering and erosion—provide the perfect "nursery" for these exceptional teas.
2. **Natural Manufacturing Process**: Crafted without frying, rolling, or fermentation, this tea undergoes a gentle, naturally guided withering process that preserves its delicate flavors and maximum nutritional value. Remarkably, this time-honored technique has been recognized as part of China’s third batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage listings.
3. **Exquisite Appearance: Silver-Like and Needle-Shaped**: White Hair Silver Needle tea is meticulously handpicked around the "Qingming" festival period, ensuring it captures the finest, silkiest buds adorned with pristine white down.
