Fujian Fuding Southeast White Tea Import-Export Co., Ltd.'s white tea—produced, processed, marketed, and exported—boasts seven unique qualities:
Yiqi thrives in a unique environment: The Fuding Dabai and Dahao teas, grown at the foot of Taibao Mountain in the Global Geopark, benefit from abundant rainfall and nourishing dew, while also benefiting from centuries-old red, yellow, and purple soils—formed through natural weathering and erosion—that serve as the perfect nurturing ground.
Erqi's manufacturing process is entirely natural—no frying, no rolling, and no fermentation; instead, it relies on gentle natural withering to let tea leaves unfold their true essence. This method ensures the maximum preservation of the tea's nutritional qualities. Notably, this unique technique has been proudly included in China's third batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage listings.
Three unique shapes, silver in color yet resembling needles; Baihao Yinzhen tea is crafted from the delicate, silvery-white tips harvested just before or after the Qingming Festival. Each bud is meticulously adorned with abundant white down, giving the finished product a radiant, silver hue and a sleek, needle-like form. When brewed in a cup, these elegant tea buds stand upright with graceful poise, creating a breathtaking sight that has earned them the poetic nickname "The Heart of Integrity."
The Four Wonders tea boasts a clear, pure color with a lingering sweet aftertaste; the first infusion yields a pale yellow brew, the second reveals a golden hue, and by the third steep, it deepens to an apricot-like amber—always crisp, never cloudy or murky, shining brilliantly and effortlessly gliding over the palate, leaving behind an endlessly refreshing, sweet finish.
The five exquisite aromas are deeply refreshing; after brewing with boiling water, lifting the lid releases a fragrant aroma that fills the air—fresh, invigorating, and penetrating straight to the heart and lungs, leaving you feeling utterly serene and uplifted.
Liuchi boasts remarkable health benefits. According to research conducted by Han Chi, a researcher at the Institute of Food and Nutrition under the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, white tea not only cools the body and clears heat—possessing effects comparable to rhinoceros horn—but also helps regulate blood lipids, lower blood sugar levels, boost immune function, and mitigate liver damage caused by smoking and alcohol consumption. As a result, it plays a vital role in nourishing and protecting the liver.
Seven wonders—white tea can be stored for a long time with ease; as long as it’s kept in a dry, well-ventilated environment, free from moisture, white tea is perfectly suited for extended aging. The longer it matures, the higher its medicinal benefits become, earning it the cherished reputation: "One-year tea, three-year medicine, seven-year treasure."
