To further promote the national vocational qualification certificates and the employment access system, and to significantly strengthen pre-employment and in-service training for workers—particularly to enhance the professional skills of tea sensory evaluation personnel—our company will be hosting a "Tea Appraiser" training course. Details are as follows:
I. Training Qualifications
Our company was approved in August 2010 to establish the "Fuding Workstation for Vocational Skill Certification of Specialized Trades at the Hangzhou Tea Research Institute of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives," offering training programs for roles such as tea processing technicians, junior, intermediate, and senior tea tasters, and tea artists.
II. Training and Assessment Participants:
Individuals with a junior high school education or higher, who have at least two years of experience in tea evaluation, are eligible to register for the beginner-level Tea Appraiser and Tea Artisan training and assessment. The eligibility criteria for intermediate-level Tea Appraisers and Tea Artisans will follow the requirements outlined in the national occupational standards for "Tea Appraisers."
3. Training Dates and Fees:
1. Training assessment time: To be determined
2. Fees: The total cost includes training fees, material fees, and assessment fees—1,000 yuan for the beginner level, 1,200 yuan for the intermediate level, and 1,500 yuan for the advanced level. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and meals. (Trainees should bring the original and a copy of their ID card, educational certificate, and professional qualification certificate, along with proof of tea industry work experience, plus two 2-inch passport photos.)
3. This site is currently the only nationally recognized training institution designated for tea tasters, tea artists, and tea-processing technicians in the Mindong tea region. Those who successfully pass the assessment will receive a nationally accredited vocational qualification certificate. The establishment of our training center in Fuding makes it more convenient for local trainees, while also saving them both travel time and expenses compared to previously having to travel to Hangzhou for training.
4. Certification Standards: "National Occupational Standard for Tea Tasters" and "National Occupational Standard for Tea Artisans"
5. Training and Assessment Location:
