On July 17, the Beijing regional competition of the 3rd Straits Tea Art TV Open Championship, themed "Fuding White Tea Cup," kicked off spectacularly at the Liumiao Tea Garden in Malian Dao Chayuan Tea City. This Beijing division was organized by Fujian Tianfengyuan Tea Industry Co., Ltd. and Beijing Liumiao Fucha Sales Co., Ltd., with the Beijing Fujian Tea Chamber of Commerce serving as a supporting partner that actively participated throughout the event.

It is reported that the Beijing sub-venue, one of the preliminary competition regions, was established for the first time in this year’s event—and it also became the very first among the many sub-venues located outside Fujian Province to kick off. In his speech, Mr. Lin Youxi, Executive Vice President of the Beijing Fujian Tea Industry Association, expressed high hopes for the newly added Beijing sub-venue. He emphasized that both the association and Tianfengyuan Tea Industry Company have made tremendous efforts to ensure the smooth organization of the event, with a shared vision to transform the Beijing sub-venue into the most distinctive region of the competition. The association is confident that this new addition will not only further enhance the influence and visibility of the Cross-Strait Tea Art TV Open but also generate positive publicity, ultimately contributing to the healthy growth of the tea industry as a whole.

This competition was nothing short of spectacular, drawing a massive crowd of spectators and creating an electric atmosphere—something rarely seen in previous tea art competitions and performances. Witnessed by judges, guests, and the enthusiastic audience, after morning talent showcases and afternoon tea art demonstrations, Liu Mengmeng, contestant No. 6 from the Hainong Tea Culture and Art Troupe, emerged as the standout performer. With her breathtaking Egyptian dance, "Golden Veil Enchantment," and the graceful, elegant Eastern Tea Ceremony, "Eastern Tea Offering Ritual," she captivated the entire audience. Ultimately, Liu Mengmeng secured first place in the Beijing regional round with an undisputed lead, earning her direct advancement to the next stage of the competition.
