  Fuding Da Bai Tea / Huacha No. 1

  Fuding Dabai Tea originates from Bailiu Village, Diandou Town, Fuding City, Fujian Province, and boasts over 140 years of cultivation history. It is a superior variety renowned for its early harvest, robust buds, abundant white hairs, and exceptional ability to retain tenderness, making it rich in beneficial compounds. This tea is perfectly suited for crafting a wide range of premium teas, including red, green, and white varieties. Its versatile leaf characteristics also make it ideal for producing high-quality teas across different categories.

  Fuding Dabai Tea is currently the most widely introduced superior tea variety across China. Beyond Fujian's green tea regions, it is also cultivated extensively in Zhejiang, Hunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Anhui, and Jiangsu provinces, covering a total area of 1.7 million mu. Recognized as the national standard control variety for tea tree trials, Fuding Dabai was designated as one of the top selections in the first batch of nationally recognized superior varieties in 1965. In 1988, it was proudly listed as "China No. 1 Tea" in the authoritative collection "Chinese Excellent Tea Varieties."

  Fuding Dahao Tea / Huacha No. 2

  Fuding Dahao tea originates from Wengxi Village, Diandou Town, Fuding City, Fujian Province, and boasts a cultivation history spanning over 120 years. Since 1956, it has been extensively propagated through cuttings and widely promoted. Today, the variety is commonly grown across Fujian's green and black tea regions and has even been introduced to provinces such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Sichuan, and Jiangxi.

  Fuding Dahao tea contains polyphenols and nitrogen-containing compounds, making it ideally suited for producing red, green, and white teas—each of exceptional quality. In 1965, it was designated as one of the first superior tea varieties and recommended for cultivation nationwide. By 1984, it had been officially recognized as one of the country’s premier tea cultivars at the national level. And in 1988, it was listed as Hua Cha No. 2 in the "Chinese Collection of Excellent Tea Varieties."

  Fuding Dahao tea, abundant with white tips across its branches, is a unique, high-quality variety ideally suited for crafting white tea. The resulting [Baihao Yinzhen] has consecutively earned the title of "National Famous Tea" in 1982, 1986, and 1990.
