Abundant harvest fills the granaries, and peace reigns among all. We are deeply grateful for the benevolence of Grandmother Taiwu, who protects against disasters, cures illnesses, and selflessly saves humanity.
Twenty-three tea artisans fully demonstrate every step of the traditional white tea-making process—from spreading the tea leaves to air-drying, sieving, and finally baking. They master the precise timing of sun-drying, carefully control the meticulous sieving process, and pay close attention to the ideal heat level during baking. Each step adheres to rigorous standards, making every stage a true test for the tea makers themselves.
Twenty-three tea artisans exchanged knowledge and skills with one another, honing their expertise in white tea production—all in pursuit of crafting even better white teas.
We have the adorable General Zhang (Zhang Zhengku), the original visionary behind Fuding White Tea, who has always proudly identified himself as a tea artisan. At this year’s White Tea Harvest Festival, he even joined as one of the 23 distinguished White Tea Heritage Keepers.
Focused entirely on crafting white tea, he was even too busy to glance up at the camera—truly embodying straightforwardness and stubbornness.
